Smt. Sippy Sinha Education: Graduate Smt. Sippy Sinha, W/o Shri S. N. Sinha, comes from a reputed and educated family of B.S.City. She is the First Director of the Company since 1995. She manages the financial part of the company. Highly skilled in sourcing and utilisation of funds, she has given stability to the company in difficult times. She has more than 30 years of experience in the field of Financial Management and Marketing work.
Shri. Prabir Sinha Education: Graduate Shri Prabir Sinha, S/o Shri P. N. Sinha, is the third Director of the Company, represents the 2 generation in Company’s Leadership and has joined the company’s management with a view to lead the organization into future, adhering to its long-held standards of excellence. He has got expertise in creating innovative ideas regarding Architecture, Interior & Exterior of a Township plan. He has a vast experience in his tenure of 20 years in the field of Business Promotion and Execution. His family is indulged in civil and developments business since past three decades. He has done Diploma in Information System and Management from University of London. His past experience in business helps to fix new standards and milestone.
We should also not forget about our planet, that has permitted us to live on it. Thus, our buildings should be environment friendly causing least burden on the natural resources.

Some of the activities that the company is involved with are: We provide safety nets, helmets and other safety equipments at all our construction sites for the welfare and well being of the workers at the site. We are introducing a provision of free food and nutrition to the workers on sites at least once a week while simultaneously educating them on topics ranging from how to improve efficiency at work and also on how to lead a progressive and responsible life.Probably one of the biggest social initiatives that our organization is involved with is the running of Aashiyan Jagriti And Sewa Trust, anon-profit organization for educating underprivileged children and religious purpose. Persons are taught Yoga, Yagya and the Vedic way of life. The biggest aim that the company wants to achieve through the Sansthan eventually is to teach and guide these children an ethical and socially responsible way of leading their lives in the future.
